🕒 Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging.

📩 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at contact@stay-free-shop.com. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will respond with further instructions.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • No restocking fees are applied.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Opened detox patches or Smart-Filters™ (due to hygiene reasons)

🔄 Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the item you don’t want. This ensures faster processing and availability.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
